Our credit terms are payment in full by the 10th of the month following month end to receive discount, net 30 with no discount. Some accounts may (based on the type of account) qualify for a prompt pay discount. If the current due amount is not paid in full (by the last day of the month) the unpaid amount may be subject to a 4% late charge and will automatically disqualify any prompt pay discount. Any past due account is subject to being placed on C.O.D. until paid in full.

As an inducement to grant credit, the undersigned agrees to the need for verification of all information on the application, and authorizes the release to all banks, businesses, and persons identified on this application to furnish all information needed in approval of this application. The applicant agrees to pay the account as stated in the terms above. In the event the account is not paid on time, the applicant agrees to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney fees incurred during the collection process.
